Puerto Vallarta has quickly become one of Mexico's premier destinations for golf lovers. With its lush jungle landscapes are combined with the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, Bay of Banderas is a perfect home to seven world class golf. The courses are favorites of fans Vista Vallarta and Marina Vallarta.

Vista Vallarta
Just 10 minutes away from the area of the marina and in the foothills of the mountains of the Sierra Madre, there are two professional fields, 18 holes of the Vista Vallarta Golf Club, which hosted the
2006 and PGA TOUR\'s Blue Agave Golf Classic and the 2002 PGA World Cup

The course, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf, opened its doors in 2001 and has hosted many of the best players in the world.

The course of the Golden Bear has a length of 7057 yards and has as main feature the long par-5 holes. For its part, the wilderness camp Weiskopf never seems to have been hit with a par-3 that appears to have been dug at the foot of the mountain. The area presents a wonderful balance between the natural and the game.

Marina Vallarta

Located within the Marina Vallarta area, the field will allow direct access to some large tourist hotels.

6701 yds Par 71, Club de Golf Marina Vallarta was included in the 2004 edition of the prestigious magazine Golf Digest ( \"Places to Play\").

El Tigre at Paradise Village
This course designed by Robert von Hagge is the latest addition to offering golfing in Puerto Vallarta. Par 72, 7239 yards, with nine lakes and a challenging game that busy Von Hagge designed just a few steps from the Pacific Ocean.

Mexican architect Ernesto del Castillo designed the clubhouse includes a restaurant, waiting room, lockers, pro shop and a European-style spa.
